How do I place an order?
You click on the button floating within the image of the product you wish to purchase (if the product is unavailable, you may see a neat image goose or a swan in its place - this is fine! it's just a place-holder, and you can still order the product described within the button) The website will then flock to the Shopping Cart Checkout Page. (You can see what's in your shopping cart by clicking on the icon in the upper-right hand side of your screen). Once you are ready to check out, you will fill in your Billing & Shipping information in order to successfully place your order.
What options do I have for Delivery?
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all our orders. A small handling fee will be charged during checkout, which ensures the safe delivery of all the 'eggs' leaving our nest to your door. If you live in Pennsylvania, we also are offering Local Delivery & Local Pickup as an option during Checkout as well, if you choose this option, it will decrease the Handling Fee charged.
I want to commission my own Goose and Swan piece of pottery - How can I do that?
The Goose and his Gander are now accepting commissioned work. Pieces will be made slowly, and you will likely not receive your piece until mid/late Summer 2024. But if you don't mind the wait, head up to the Commission Pottery section, and choose to commission either a Mug or a Planter. If you have a very particular request, please email the Swan swan@gooseandswanpottery.com with the details.
I want to buy a GASP branded piece of pottery - Can I do that?
Yes! We will soon have a stock of GASP Branded Studio Mugs and Planters that you may buy, as well as GASP apparel as well - A Batch Sale will run intermittently throughout the year, and we will offer pieces & merchandise to the public via this website! If you follow us on Facebook or Instagram which is where we will announce upcoming Batch Sales & updates to stock.
